Sharing Our Passion

We strongly believe that everyone should be able to have a life of music. That's why we became teachers. Music education is directly linked to improved scholastic ability and improvements in coordination, attention span, complex reasoning and the list goes on. We like to challenge students and offer accelerated courses for students interested in achieving excellent results in a time frame tailored to each student. Many students have gone on to study at UQ, QUT or Qld Conservatorium (Griffith University) in performance, composition, sound engineering, teaching or music therapy. Whether you're a just a beginner or an advanced student needing guidance, let's explore music together!

Individual piano tuition is offered for 30min, 45min, 60min, (90min and 120min available upon request) lessons. Currently theory lessons are offered individually, however, we have an exciting new skype program launching soon. Consultation lessons for exam preparation are offered as one-off lessons with our AMEB examiner. Both Kathryn and Mark Connors offer ongoing lessons for teacher development and/or teaching diplomas and all Klaviermusik teachers enter students into AMEB examinations up to and including diploma.
